Ruth Hughes represents clients in all phases of the commercial real estate process, and has extensive experience in acquisition, leasing, development, disposition and financing of mixed-use, retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties throughout the United States.
Representative Experience
- Represented multi-family client in the acquisition, financing and disposition of more than 25 apartment complexes in the Southeast.
- Represented industrial developer in the acquisition of raw land for the development of distribution centers in the Southeast and Midwest.
- Represented landlord in the negotiation of retail, restaurant and offices leases for a 2 million square foot mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Represented landlord in the negotiation of office leases for a 2.1 million square foot office park located in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Represented manufacturing client in the disposition and leasing of real estate assets in Massachusetts, Colorado, California, Ohio, North Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi and Georgia.
