Rachel Leigh is an associate whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, entity structuring, and corporate governance. She represents business owners, investors, developers, and other commercial clients in complex transactions, guiding matters from due diligence and deal structuring through negotiation and closing.

Representative Experience

Rachel advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, business formations, internal reorganizations, and a broad range of corporate governance and commercial contracting matters. She also works on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, and development projects, with an emphasis on the corporate and organizational aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel represented strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity sponsors in complex business transactions across a variety of industries. Her prior litigation experience provides additional perspective in identifying transaction risk and developing practical, business-oriented solutions for clients.
