Benno Rothschild serves as the firm’s chair of the outlet center development and leasing team. He is an expert in real estate finance-related matters, as well as acquisitions, dispositions and leasing for retail, office and industrial spaces.
Representative Experience
- Counsels landlord and tenant clients in retail leasing ranging from small shop to anchor spaces
- Completed well over half a million feet of office leases and over a million feet of industrial leases
- Represented Invesco on their industrial portfolio in the Carolinas and Georgia
- Served as local counsel on several large inter-state financing transactions
- Practiced in the areas of corporate law and tax law
- Extensive experience in general corporate and partnership issues with tax ramifications

Fun Stuff
When he was 16, Benno bought an original piece of comic book art for $150, and since then, has become an avid collector of original comic and fantasy art. Following his passion has led him to become an editor for the Comic and Fantasy Art Amateur Press Association. He also spends his downtime cycling, reading, traveling, or watching independent films.
