Ally Rainey is an associate in HSW’s transactional commercial real estate team. She largely represents retail, office and industrial landlords and tenants in leasing and commercial developers in their acquisitions and dispositions of property.
Representative Experience
- Serves as lead associate for a construction services company with a portfolio of over 350 North American industrial and office locations
- Works as lead associate for a national commercial developer who focuses on the development and financing of industrial warehouse, distribution and container storage sites
- Successfully assisted with the acquisition of hundreds of acres of property in North Charleston, South Carolina to be developed into industrial space
- Acted as lead counsel in the industrial leasing of over one million of square feet of industrial space in Savannah, Georgia
- Serves as lead associate for a national real estate investment trust, managing all leasing matters for its shopping centers across the country
