Last week, former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright spoke at the national CREW Network convention in Seattle, sharing career wisdom before sitting down for a one-on-one with Lori Kilberg of Hartman Simons. The two discussed important issues impacting women, including women in the political arena, the Syrian refugee crisis and coping with criticism and guilt. They also addressed the importance of women helping women. “Challenge the next generation of women to activate,” Albright said. "Action creates transformation.”
