Hartman Simons Represents Ardent in Purchase

Hartman Simons’ Gil Burstiner represented Ardent in the purchase of several buildings at Piedmont Center.
Currently in the heart of an evolving Piedmont road, Ardent announced they’ve purchased another set of buildings at Piedmont Center. This purchase aims to transform an area consumed with traffic to a walkable, urban tech corridor.
The most recent closing secured five additional buildings for $144 million. This purchase will continue to accelerate the transformation of Piedmont Center as Ardent now owns nine buildings and 63 percent of the project.
