The upcoming weeks and months will bring several events about which we at Hartman Simons are excited. In today’s Four on Friday, we shine the spotlight on four of them.
• Livable Communities Council (LCC) Cocktail Reception. Hartman Simons is sponsoring the reception, which will take place on the evening of March 26 at Alma Cocina in downtown Atlanta during LCC’s inaugural meeting. LCC is part of Urban Land Institute Atlanta.
• Bisnow’s Atlanta Retail Real Estate Summit. Hartman Simon partner Benno Rothschild will moderate the panel discussion, which takes place on Thursday, March 27, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the W Midtown hotel. A continental breakfast and networking hour begins at 7 a.m.
Panelists will include Bill Brown, president of Halpern Enterprises Inc.; Andre Koleszar, regional officer at Regency Centers; Don McMinn, senior associate at Marcus & Millichap; Gar Muse, principal at Cooper Carry; Michael Puline, senior vice president at DLC Management Corp.; Tosh Wolfe, senior vice president at Mimms Enterprises; and Teri Young, senior vice president at Inland American Retail Management LLC.
Hartman Simons also is sponsoring the event, along with several other firms. For more information and to register, visit here.
• Women’s Leadership Forum. Several Hartman Simons attorneys will be attending this conference, which will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11, at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The Atlanta Business Chronicle and Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business are presenting the event.

• Hartman Simons’ Annual ICSC RECon Party. It’s hard to believe that the retail sector’s biggest trade show is just a couple of months away. We love being in Las Vegas for the conference, and our annual RECon party is a big reason why.
This year, the shindig will be at the Chateau at the Paris Hotel on Sunday, May 18. Keep your eyes peeled, as invites should be arriving in your inbox within the next few weeks.
