Rivera and Kuller Elected to Equity Partner and Partner

Hartman Simons & Wood LLP, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate law firms, announced Ryan P. Rivera and Whalen J. Kuller have been elected to equity partner and partner, respectively. These promotions went into effect January 1.

Rivera has extensive commercial real estate experience in a wide array of areas, including all types of acquisition, disposition, development and lease transactions nationwide. He represents developers and retailers, including small shop, junior anchor and big box national retailers, in all types of retail lease transactions. He also represents landlords and tenants in office and industrial leases throughout the United States.
Kuller’s experience includes representing real estate and other corporate clients on acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, and commercial financing. He also advises clients on the organization and formation of business entities, corporate governance, and the negotiation and preparation of agreements and contracts including employment, shareholder, licensing and supply and distribution agreements.
