Four buildings within Piedmont Center, one of Buckhead’s first office projects and still a reminder of its suburban roots, have sold to a joint venture.
The Ardent Companies bought The Fountains at Piedmont Center for about $76.5 million. That’s considered a bargain within Buckhead, one of the top-performing office markets in the Southeast where some buildings have traded for close to $400 a foot. Ardent paid about $139 a foot.
