Hartman Simons managing partner, Bob Simons, was the moderator for two panel discussions today at Bisnow’s Retail Summit at the Westin Buckhead. During the first panel discussion, Bob caught up with panelist, Hunter Richardson, who is working with OliverMcMillan on the Streets of Buckhead project. According to Hunter, closing on the property should occur during second quarter and the project will hopefully be back under construction by the end of the year.
Following the Streets of Buckhead update, Bob led the owner panel in a lively discussion covering everything from how they fill vacant shop spaces to their companies’ current social media strategies. Panelists included Andre Koleszar with Regency Centers, Rob Mimms with Mimms Enterprises, Ron Pfohl with North American Properties and Mark Worley with Centro Properties Group.
