Last night's fundraiser for Georgia ICSC's political action committee proved a large success as hundreds of people packed the party that officially kicks off of the ICSC Southeast Conference. Hartman Simons is proud to have been a sponsor of the event.
Retailers, brokers, investors – and of course, attorneys – attended the event, held at Cinco Mexican Cantina across Akers Mill Road from Atlanta Galleria Office Park. The mood was incredibly upbeat, and several attendees said they sensed a retail market rebound is on the horizon.

Duke Long, a leader in commercial real estate social media, was in town from Indianapolis and enjoyed the party atmosphere (while tweeting about it, naturally). He is scheduled to lead a panel on the topic at the conference.
Bisnow Atlanta reporter Jarred Schenke covered the party, and as as his report is online, we'll link to it. Meanwhile, for more on Georgia ICSC's PAC, check out this previous entry from our blog.
