Want to hear the latest on new development trends in the
retail sector? Then you should attend an upcoming Atlanta panel discussion
featuring Hartman Simons partner Bob Simons.
At tomorrow’s “Current Trends in Today’s Retail Market”
continuing education (CE) session, hosted by the Atlanta Commercial Board of
Realtors (ACBR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Simons will moderate
the “State of New Development” panel discussion, one of six panel discussions
scheduled for the session.
Panelists on the “State of New Development” discussion will
include Jeff Fuqua of Fuqua Development, Charlie Hendon of Hendon Properties
and Mark Toro of North American Properties.
The CE session will take place from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at
ACBR’s headquarters, located at 5784 Lake Forest Drive in Atlanta. On-site
registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
Registration is $125 in advance and $175 at the door. The
course offers six hours of CE credit for commercial realtors.
The other panel discussions include “Current Trends in
Today’s Retail Market,” “Negotiating Top Lease Issues,” “Negotiating
Contracts,” “Regional Update,” and “Social Media.”
