Hartman Simons partners Lori Kilberg and Charles "Buzz" Wood were both featured prominently in today's edition of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Kilberg was featured in an article about the success of smaller commercial real estate law firms.
Here's an excerpt of her remarks:
"Our model, and the model for firms similar to us, is that we are a commercial real estate boutique law firm that has very experienced attorneys, many of which started out at the big firms, with low overhead so we can present a competitive price model."
Wood was quoted in an article about the rising number of lease renegotiations.
Here's an excerpt of his remarks:
"It is always dangerous to have 'dark' spaces in a retail center. It's a harbinger of potential doom, and so landlords always are looking for a way to keep the lights on."
