As one of the leading experts on all things commercial real estate in Atlanta, Hartman Simons has been quoted twice in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution during the past couple of weeks. Bob Simons, partner of Hartman Simons, weighed in on game-changing developments in the city, telling reporter Leon Stafford that with redevelopments like Buckhead Atlanta, timing is key. “I don’t think it’s luck, but absolutely it’s timing,” Simons said.
Another piece, co-authored by Scott Trubey and Greg Bluestein, examined the still-undeveloped 2.5-acre tract in the heart of Midtown where Donald Trump had previously proposed a pair of $300 million high-rises. Summey Orr, partner at Hartman Simons, said, “You can have Donald Trump and his big hair and big hype. But big hype and hair can’t overcome (a depressed) market.”
