In today’s Four on Friday, we’re highlighting the winners of ULI Atlanta’s 21st Annual Awards for Excellence. This year’s awards, which cover projects completed within the last three years, were presented at the ULI Atlanta Annual Awards for Excellence Dinner on September 10 at the Fox Theater. The annual awards dinner is ULI Atlanta’s signature event, bringing together the top leaders in the industry for an evening of great conversation, delicious food and drinks, inspiring stories and good laughs. Hartman Simon’s own, Evan Valentine, emceed the event. ULI presented awards in four categories relating to “best in class” real estate development, including a new one centered on health and wellness. See this year’s winners below.

A combination of multi-use trail and linear greenspace, the Eastside Trail is the first finished section of the Atlanta BeltLine trail in the old rail corridor. The Eastside Trail, which was funded by a combination of public and private philanthropic sources, runs along the railroad corridor from 10th Street & Monroe Drive near Piedmont Park down to Irwin Street near DeKalb Avenue.
