Caleb Swiney was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2019 and is well versed in litigating business, real property, and bankruptcy disputes. Caleb takes pride in resolving these disputes in a manner that makes the most financial sense for his clients, whether that be in court or through settlement. Having worked at the in-house division of one of the nation’s largest insurance companies and at a firm specializing in aviation and airport personal injury claims, Caleb also has first-hand experience with the issues that property owners face concerning premises liability. During his time in law school, Caleb served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia State Law Review as Business Editor and also served on the Georgia State Moot Court Board as Treasurer.
Representative Experience
- Collected more than one million dollars in delinquent accounts to reposition shopping center for successful sale.
- Handled Landlord claims in nearly all of the major retail bankruptcies that occurred in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
