Kat Hauch has over 12 years of legal corporate and commercial real estate experience managing all aspects of real estate transactions and matters across a vast array of investment product types, including, acquisition, disposition, commercial leasing, and “live, work, play” development. She has extensive experience with clients on mixed-use developments, including complex condominium projects, commercial leasing and vertically integrated clients focusing on real estate investment and asset management.

Representative Experience

Counsel for the largest co-working “start-up” company (at the time) in the world during company’s global expansion overseeing successful commercial office space lease-up expansion across the southeast. Represent a Major League Baseball team’s acquisition, development, financing (private and public) and leasing of a new “home” ballpark and its surrounding mixed-use project. Counsel for vertically integrated multi-family client handling multifamily unit project portfolio acquisition and recapitalization valued over $1.7 billion (greater than 2,500 units). Represented developer client with new approximately $1 billion development of senior living planned community located in Florida. Serve as landlord’s counsel  in  the  negotiation  of  260,402  rentable  square  feet  office  lease  adverse  to  major telecommunication company tenant.
