One of our partners, Jeremy D. Cohen, had the pleasure of attending the ground breaking for Anthem House, an exciting new mixed-use development coming to MidCity District. Featuring 330 apartment units, 35,000 square feet of creative office space and 32,000 square feet of street-level retail, Anthem House was named as a nod to MidCity’s music theme. Anthem House will be located near Huntsville’s brand new Amphitheater and will be connected with all of the dining, shopping, entertainment and community events happening at MidCity District. Our Firm has had the pleasure of working on this project from the outset, starting when RCP Companies purchased the dilapidated Madison Square Mall and began transforming the mall into 18 city blocks of retail, office and residential developments now known as MidCity District.
