As a previous director of real estate for a national grocery retailer, he offers a unique perspective and firsthand knowledge of the legal and business aspects of real estate transactions. His tenure has also granted him a deep understanding of the complexities of commercial real estate ownership and development.

- Negotiated more than 70 grocery anchor leases in markets throughout the U.S.
- Represented landlords and developments in leasing of retail and mixed-use projects in the Southeast
- Represented a national restaurant franchisee in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of store locations in multiple states
- Represented both landlords and national operators in leasing of office and industrial space
