Benjamin Noe represents clients in both retail and office leasing transactions and specializes in representation of national retail tenants and commercial developers and landlords. His experience includes the leasing, acquisition and financing of mixed-use developments, office complexes and outlet centers, as well as the disposition of various classes of commercial property on behalf of institutional sellers.
Representative Experience
- Successfully assisted The Home Depot in acquiring a 7.3-acre site in New York housing a bottling plant formerly run by Coca-Cola
- Assisted with the closing of a $23.5 million sale/leaseback transaction for a high-end retail store in the Napa Valley region
- Served as lead counsel in connection with the leasing of several million square feet of industrial space across the country on the behalf of a national real estate holding company
- Assisted a national real estate investment trust with leasing efforts at over 35 individual shopping centers
- Coordinated the COVID-19 shutdown legal response for several national landlords, as well as a high-end national retail tenant

Benjamin is a die-hard supporter of Notre Dame athletics, and also loves cheering on the sports teams of Detroit, as painful as that is. He particularly enjoys cooking and reading in his spare time.
