Representative Experience
- Supervised the legal team in negotiating more than 500,000 square feet of office and 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space for Ponce City Market, an adaptive reuse, mixed-use project in Atlanta
- Acquisition and sale of income-producing office, retail and multifamily properties in top-tier cities nationwide
- Negotiated development, leasing and disposition of multiple industrial distribution facilities ranging from 500,000 to 2.5 million square feet across the country
- Negotiated the acquisition and disposition of multiple apartment projects throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area
